At High Bar Society, we take pride in crafting premium boozy gelato and desserts using only the finest ingredients. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of every product we serve.
Food & Dessert Products
Due to the perishable nature of our boozy gelato and desserts, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been received or consumed. This policy is in place for food safety and quality assurance.
For In-Store Purchases:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify our staff immediately while still in our establishment.
Our team will gladly replace any item that does not meet our quality standards.
Items must be brought to our attention before consumption is complete.
For Takeaway & Delivery Orders:
Please inspect your items upon delivery or pickup.
Any quality concerns must be reported within 1 hour of receiving your order.

Photographic evidence may be requested for quality issues.
Gift Cards & Merchandise
Non-food items and gift cards have the following return policy:
Unused gift cards may be exchanged but cannot be redeemed for cash.
Merchandise (t-shirts, tumblers, etc.) may be returned within 14 days with original receipt.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Special Orders & Catering
For special orders, catering, and custom desserts:
Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup/delivery qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made 24-48 hours before pickup/delivery qualify for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup/delivery are not eligible for refund.
We recommend tasting our products in-store before placing large custom orders.
Alcohol Content Notice
Please note that our products contain real alcohol. We cannot accept returns based on alcohol content or flavor profile, as these characteristics are clearly communicated in our product descriptions. All sales of alcoholic products are final.
